I think it is important to distinguish between the two psyches of Ed Nygma/The Riddler. Edward Nygma definitely presents as an INTP. He is awkward, socially inept, and loves the out-of-the-box thinking that puzzles provide. The deeper subconscious persona of the Riddler is most certainly an ENTP. Confident, brash, exciting, and extremely witty. When Nygma gives into the persona, I think he presents more as an ENTP. But if we are typing them together, throughout the show Ed presents more often as an INTP.
