What personality type is Hikaru Hitachiin? Hikaru Hitachiin is an ESTP personality type in MBTI, 7w8 - sp/sx - 748 in Enneagram, SLUEN in Big 5, SLE in Socionics.
Can someone give me a example of his Ne maybe? I feel like he's only typed as ENTP because he likes to play tricks on people and is mischievous but function wise, I don't see any sight of Ne and even by stereotypes, from what i've watched, he does not act like a ENTP at all especially when you compare him to other popular ENTP 7w8 characters. though he can be charismatic, mostly shown when he is hosting where it's needed to appeal to the girls who come to see them which can also be explained by tert Fe in his function stack. I like to note that Kaoru (INFJ) often has to calm down Hikaru from when he gets upset and when he shares his own point of view, the differences between them are very clear there.. since Kaoru uses Ni, it would make sense if Hikaru was Ni inferior rather than Si, would it not?
Biography
Hikaru Hitachiin (常陸院 光 Hitachiin Hikaru) is the elder of the identical Hitachiin twins and is in Class 1-A with his younger brother, Kaoru Hitachiin, and Haruhi Fujioka. He and Kaoru are both members recruited by Tamaki to be in the Ouran Host Club. They start off acting like single-minded twins, though Haruhi is still able to tell them apart in personality since Hikaru tends to be meaner. The differences in their personalities begin to become more apparent as time goes on and they get more time apart, with Hikaru being more brusque and impulsive and Kaoru being calmer and more mature. In the Japanese dub, this is even apparent with their voices from the beginning, where Kaoru has a more soft and gentle voice while Hikaru's voice is more "sharp" and crisp.
