ENFJ make great mentors with their Fe-Ni knowing exactly how their disciples are, feel and abilties and knowing exactly how they can help build them as a person. Aided with tertiary Se knowing the neccesary things of the present and physical required to build that person, this makes their teaching more adaptable to suit the disciples requirements to grow and train with an open mind to new ways, key difference compared to ESFJ whose probably likely to cling to traditions or past experiences.
