With her being a phlegmatic-sanguine, I can understand where the confusion from high Fe voters come from. All I can say is that Scarlett is not as people-oriented as others may view her to be. She is just comfortable having fun and trading banters with familiar people. Sometimes she fakes her Fe by using her aux Se; she sees the atmosphere of the room and mirrors the energy of the people she's interacting with. The only time you get a glimpse of her dom Ti is when she gets asked questions during interviews where she feels she needs to give a serious answer, other times she just shrugs it off with jokes and sarcasm.
