What personality type is JAY-Z? JAY-Z is an INTJ personality type in MBTI, 3w4 - sp/so - 358 in Enneagram, RCOEI in Big 5, LIE in Socionics.
I immediately thought Ni when I watched an interview of him saying how his natural tendency is usually to stay quiet and observe, lol. Seems like a longshot calling him an Ni dom because of that but even more of a longshot calling him an INTJ. Tbh, I was reluctant because it's hard for me to see an INTJ as an artist "doing music for the love of music". Like that's laughable, lol, there's always "more" for an Ni dom. Also provided the deals he has made, with Roc nation and especially with Tidal. All that was foresight and it's very INTJ to want to do their thing and most especially own it. An INTJ will rather fail in his own hands than someone else's. It is damn near nauseating for an Ni dom to simple "trust someone else" to oversee what they deem important. Usually this makes us prone to micro-managing but as long as it doesn't fail because of someone else. This is a unique typing and chances are I'll type INTJ too. Weird seeing an INTJ musician but Ni is very creative regardless and I know that INTJs do love their music, whatever it is.
