And this is exactly what Ibarra did in episodes 43-44; hence, why Klay called him "duwag" (something I do not necessarily agree with completely, because Ibarra has his valid reasons for his actions). Crisostomo has this natural tendency to try and appease everyone, which is obviously NOT something INTJs would prioritize. To further justify my vote, I think Ibarra's second function is Ni. The reason he often tiptoes around people and plays it "safe" is for the sake of his future. He is very future-oriented and always aligns his actions for the achievement of his ultimate goal (to fulfill his father's dream of establishing a school in San Diego). He deviates from tradition (Ni>Si) with his ideologies and is not afraid to make big picture changes for the betterment of San Diego (Fe-Ni).
