Nilou MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Nilou? Nilou is an ESFJ personality type in MBTI, 9w1 - so/sx - 927 in Enneagram, SCOAI in Big 5, ESE in Socionics.

Finally! [ 1/3 ] Nilou: ESFJ argument. Introduction: —— Hi everyone! I’m happy to share that as of writing this, I finally got my C6R1 Nilou, making her my third C6 5* after Kokomi and Hu Tao. I’ve been enjoying her character and I can’t wait to get Nahida for her. I’ve been analyzing her voice lines as these tend to fall more in line with a character’s real personality, and I’ve come to the conclusion that Nilou is undoubtedly an ESFJ. Although I was most definitely expecting an ESFJ/ENFJ discussion, I did NOT expect so many people would reach the conclusion that Nilou is an IxFP. Fi dom Nilou is born from a misunderstanding of how dominant feeling functions work, and I’m ready to disprove this theory. Why Nilou is Fe dominant. - High Fe types are more attuned to the feelings of others than their own. (Fe is an external, and therefore objective function.) They pay attention and readily focus on other people’s emotions, and can thus easily notice changes in a social environment. In other words, they are so attuned to other people’s feelings that they find it extremely easy to navigate feeling-focused environments and influence them. - This would mean that because of Fe’s ease at navigating other people’s emotions, they are naturally more likely to influence social settings and the aforementioned feelings. Because of Fe’s focus on “everyone else but me”, they can readily manipulate atmospheres in order to be comfortable in them. * Nilou’s main priority is other people, not herself. Of course she has personal values and her own identity, as she is human. However, her love towards dancing and the arts is caused because of her need to inspire others and fill them with joy. Nilou wishes to be able to influence the people who watch her positively, for them to understand their own feelings, and to create a pleasant atmosphere. - Although the Fi function can be just as empathetic as Fe, or even more, this empathy is not shown outwardly. In fact, I have to say that while Fe is way more sympathetic than Fi because of the need to influence their environments, Fi is much more likely to develop empathy and genuine understanding towards others because of constantly analyzing their own feelings. Because of Fi’s nature, as a naturally subjective function, personal feelings are their main priority. This means that a high Fi user will first ask themselves “How do I feel about this?” before worrying about how it affects everyone else. - Their own identity and experiences are extremely important to them. They hold their values higher than anyone else’s. Even if the world is against them, they have a harder time adapting to social norms or understanding cues because, when looking inwardly, their feelings are prioritized, so if something does not make sense to them, they elaborate on that feeling. Some Nilou voicelines that showcase Fe dominant (EN): > “Thunder is kinda scary. Are you afraid of it? If so, I can share a nifty method to help with that.” : First instinct is to look out for the other person and their personal feelings in the current situation. > “Remember, let out all your frustrations before bedtime for a better night's rest. If you want, I'm more than happy to be your audience.” : Very healthy Fe. The mood of the other person is more important. Their feelings are seen as valued, and objective methods are used in order to make them feel better. > “Are you sulking? That's no good — c'mon, follow my lead. First, use your right hand to draw a biiig circle in front of you. Then, use both hands to take all those negative feelings off your chest and into the circle. Next, push it away as hard as you can! So? Feeling better now?” : Need I say more? Bigger focus on “positivity = good, negativity = bad.” Very objective standards of how a person should feel, and thus instantly tries to lighten up the mood of the other person. > “Sometimes, I receive letters from showgoers who say that my dancing has cheered them up. I always share this kind of happy news with everyone at Zubayr Theater. Even though I'm the one the audience sees on the stage, it's because of everyone's collective efforts that I can stand up there in the first place.” : Notice how the idea of her being the one in stage performing is secondary to everyone else, those who have put the efforts in for her to be there. Instead of keeping the letters to herself (after all, these are written FOR HER), she shares them with everyone else because she believes they deserve the recognition as well. ~ Btw… I’m only putting these examples, but there are many more. Every other sentence this girl spurs has pure unfiltered Fe written all over it. She is a Fe machine.
