Rose Gordon is an unhealthy ESFJ throughout the story, just because she is very aggressive and uncaring of Charlie's feelings unlike your stereotypical ESFJ doesn't mean she's automatically an ENTJ. Did she ever show Ni or Te? Sure, she was demanding but motivations come from an unhealthy Fe rather than an actual Te. She wants her children to be normal, an indication of auxiliary Si which leads on with Fe as she is then mentioned to be really outspoken about Norma's achievements and strongly shown when she threatens Charlie's dad to kick out Charlie because she believes he is the one ruining her precious and most cared for child, Norma. Her inferior Ti is very visible as she is quite ignorant to the effects of her action as long as she thinks it's justifiably sympathetic of her. She's willing to kill her first child if it means the other loved and normal child's life is going to turn normal.
