Julien has an Fe-dom. I think it's obvious that she uses Fe just from the way she handles social situations. She can easily read a room and subtly attend to people's emotional reactions, very much an Fe-dom thing to do. She also has an Ni-aux. I don't think she is an ESFJ because of the first episode where she explained to Zoya her plan to take down Gossip Girl. She reviewed past posts closely and made conclusions. Although that may sound like an Si thing to do, keep in mind that the old GG website was the only resource she could find. Julien quickly found patterns from GG's posts (Blair and Serena catfights) and added it to her plans. I highly doubt an Si-aux would be that quick to notice underlying patterns in posts due to their Ni-trickster. Julien is very strategical, and uses past information (because it's her only resource) to create a future plan. Also, she doesn't have that Ne thought that explores different possibilities. She sees a pattern and uses it to her advantage, caring less about other options she could find.
