i don't see Ne at all. just because he looks cheerful doesn't mean he's an ENFP. he's obviously an Se user, an unhealthy ESFP with Se-Te loop. He ignored his Fi aux which caused him to loose his moral compass and focused more on his goals obsessively (Te tert). there's also a sign of Ni grip which caused him to imagining things could've been better if he could take over bofurin. in that case, his Ni inferior took over his Se dom, caused him to not focusing on the present and obsessed with the unrealistic future instead
