Everything this guy talks in his books is pure Te. He comes up with laws that are not actually laws of nature or reality as a whole, but mostly strategies (Te) to deal with practical situations in reality (Te+Se). He doesn't talk about purely theoretical principles or theories (Ti) to things - actually, there is really not a single drop of Ti in his books, no theory, no deduction, no axiom, no principle, nothing that goes beyond practical situations in life (Te+Se). Whatever he writes about is a purely pragmatic (Te) analysis of reality, which since they are not actually laws of any sort, its usage is mostly dependent on real life understanding of underlying circumstances to the metagame of life. Examples are "Win Through Your Actions, Never Through Argument", or "Always Say Less Than Necessary", or even "Learn to Keep People Dependent on You". Those are not laws or principles (Ti) of any sort, but strategies (Te) to deal with specific situations (Se) that may ever come to happen or not. And, he doesn't really analyse history (Si) at all. He simply cuts (Ni) historical examples out of historical situations (Se), and place them alongisde other apparent facts (Te) from history, and use them as examples of some apparent fact of social life to be used as a strategy that can be replicated in given situations - which is pure Ni+Te. And, in that way, there is no actual history (Si) in his books, but just a recollection (Ni) of several present moments (Se) that are dealt with as if they had happened simultaneously, in a same plane of existence - which can only make sense to the author since he uses plenty of Ni. After all, that's why it makes any sense to consider that he is talking about laws at all. That is so because he is talking about things that had happened in different moments with different people and that will come to happen again in people's lives - which is Ni+Te. Whatever he describes are not rules about life, but purely pragmatic strategies to be used.
