I don't see how Misato is any different in the manga than in the anime to be honest? Things clearly happen differently in the manga and there are different things that she does but I see no reason to believe that she would be a Se dom. The comment below me says that Misato is not an idea person at all in the manga when I don't think that's true. She still comes up with insane plans to overturn bad situations and still ponders on the what ifs of NERV. It may not be to the extent the anime takes it but it's still there. Not to mention we still have scenes of her wondering what the hell NERV is up to and pondering what Ritsuko is hiding from her. On top of that she treats her relationships in the exact same fashion as she does in the anime. If she was a Se dom in the manga I just feel like she'd come off as a different character. Ne and Se doms can be similar but it would be more pronounced if that was actually the case. Just because a character is shown doing things differently or whatever in another incarnation doesn't mean that they are a different type all together. Shinji for instance is far more aggressive and confrontational than he was in the anime yet that doesn't stop him from being INFP as all get out.
