SPOILERS!!! If any fandom had to represent me, I’d 100% pick Mystic Messenger. It is close to my heart. It has good storyline, rounded characters, amazing representation of mental health, and overall deserves to have more recognition than it does. There are some flaws in the game, as nothing on this earth is perfect, but it is ultimately an amazing game. It’s less about the “dating,” and more about the amazing storyline. The characters feel REAL. No matter how horrible or amazing they are, they have human qualities. Rika, as messed up as she is, has a reason and makes the player feel sympathy for her at certain times. The absed to the abser pipeline is very realistic. Saeyoung, as silly as he is, makes a lot of mistakes and does wrong at times, but that doesn’t take away from his goodness inside of him, in fact, it adds to it by giving him human attributes. I would absolutely recommend this game 100%. It’s been in my life 4+ years, and I can’t be more grateful for its existence. <33!!
