INFP as others have explained but I do believe he’s an e9 as well. This is what an INFP e9 looks like when their values and beliefs have been violated beyond repair. This guy passive aggressively fighting for peace is so INFP e9 it hurts. Constantly puts himself in someone else’s shoes (e9), as he does for Marcus, imagining that he is Marcus (e9). Swaying back and forth from listening to Coriolanus and taking his advice in order to make peace (e9) with him, his mom, his dad, his circumstances and ultimately not being able to do so because his values and beliefs (Fi) (and people) are being so violated. The conflict of interests (of e9 and Fi) is so painful that he begins to lose his mind, becomes DETACHED from reality (going into the arena due to Fi but then completely checking out under the overwhelming environment -e9) and suicidal. He’s passive aggressive until he has an outburst once in a while (repressed e9) but when it doesn’t really change anything he gives up and reverts back to normal/peaceful but still mad af. Also trusting Coriolanus even when he has repeatedly shown Sejanus that he’s loyal to the capitol and has little to no sympathy of the districts because he’s too trusting and wants to believe the best in others (e9). His basic fear is of loss and separation (the basic fear of a 9 according to enneagram institute) which can be seen when he loses his connection to District 2, when Reaper ignores him, when he’s separated from his ma. And of course his end goal is peace for himself, district 2/all the districts and the capitol which cannot happen as long as he is forced to condone the hunger games. When his 9 wins over his Fi: He chooses to go to 12 instead of letting his dad pay his way out and remaining at the capitol to use power and money to directly fight the hunger games. Passive aggressively fighting for inner and external peace until he breaks. And random personal opinion: the movie Sejanus didn’t do book Sejanus justice.
