I changed my view. I believe he is actually an INFP: He is constantly questioning everything he is thought at school and always discusses other perspectives and never relying solely on one point of view (Ne>Ni). His Ne is also evident in his believe that his an Snows friendship is true and Snow is actually a good person. This makes Snow thinks Sejanus is willing to see whatever he wants in others, if this belief is grounded in reality or not. It also makes him very idealistic about the potential for change in the capitol, more so than his more careless or cynic classmates. As he originally comes out of one of the districts he has special sympathy with the tributes and doesn‘t let his new social status define who he is, always looking back at his roots (Si). He is fond of his family and small things that give him comfort or a sense of security. In military service he tries to keep contact with Snow rather than looking for new acquaintances, as he values their shared connection over their past.
