This is a villain who actually isn't stuck in a major loop. However, he's still very unhealthy. His Ne + Ti is his main focus. He is barely in touch with his Fe and maybe slightly developed in Si. This man-clown is very nihilistic and actually almost succeeds in destroying all life. He became almost omnipotent, but still mortal, and he did reach a short term goal of his. He ruined the world. He gained control of it and used the light of judgement to do the dirty work. If you think about it, he wasn't very driven. He could have easily destroyed everything, but he procrastinated it. Which ended up being his fate. He was satisfied with the ruin and wanted nothing more. (Unrelated fun fact: "Palazzo" in Italian means palace.)
