He believes that society is corrupt and something should be done about it even if he has to take harsh measures; killing the so-called “fake” heroes. He’s kind of on the verge of a dark hero and an antihero, he’s not a pure evil antagonist as All for One or Chisaki Kai but he’s definitely not a true hero either. I kinda feel bad for him though. He could’ve made a good hero potential I mean.
