I actually like thinking about the appropriate choice here because it requires one to understand that emotionally unexpressive doesn't mean you're emotionless, also it helps clarify Fe vs Fi. The reason why INFJ is an interesting choice is because they lead with Ni tbh, making them very observant/visionary types of people. They lead with this over their Fe and have Ti as a Tert function. I've known a few INFJs who you could easily mistyped as INTJs and other stereotypical "Emotionless" types because of this. This isn't to say they don't express their emotions like other types with Fe do, but they're certainly more analytical than the average feeler. Now as for Fi Doms, idk about y'all but I've always been able to tell that they're crazy emotional. Put these individuals around others they trust and well... you'll see what I mean lol. In fact overall I'd say Fi Doms at their core are just as emotional as Fe Doms... or maybe it's less about quantifying how emotional they are and more about how said emotions are expressed and who with. Also I feel with Fi Doms they try to appear stoic but you can usually get a sense of how they really feel through mere conversation, which is often why they can feel uncomfortable around Ti or Te doms who try to logically understand their emotions and decision making. Either way, it's just a personal observation.
