It depends on the person and the context. Generally, ISFJs and INFJs often behave very extroverted socially when the situation requires it. For example, at family gatherings at an aunt's house, ISFJs and INFJs can be much more extroverted than extroverts like ENTJs, ENFPs, and ENTPs, who will find it harder to fit into typical down-to-earth Fe conversations with aunts – I know this from experience because I have ISFJ and INFJ sisters in the family, who usually behave like extroverts at parties. They feel an internal obligation to be sociable and fully switch to Fe. They are usually much more confident in such relationships than ISFPs, who are often shy. In such situations and parties, thanks to strong Fe, ISFJs and INFJs, depending on the person, are the most extroverted introverts (of course, generalizing). On the other hand, ISFPs can be more extroverted in terms of seeking sensations, initiating movement, and providing experiences for others. In this respect, ISFJs and INFJs will usually be more introverted, preferring to spend more time alone, for example, reading a book or baking cupcakes, compared to ISFPs, who may seek more external stimulation. ISTPs, focused on Se-Fe, can be even more extroverted in this regard than ISFPs. But generally, it all depends on the person.
