excluding ExFJ I think ExTP are amazing to empathize with other people, empathize does not mean "care", but means to understand without having the same experience before what the others are feeling. Since they always know what other people are feeling this can be a good and bad thing, some ExTP use this to help others, be great listeners, understand the world around them and try making everyone confortable.. but there is the bad side to it, some ExTP enjoy seing the negative feeling on others or use this at ther advantage, for an example, they can be manipulative or even bully people just to see their reaction, so, yeah, ExTP are the best thinkers to Empathize, for the good or for the worst
