I think that 1) he's an INTJ, 2) high Fi/Fe doesn't fit him at all. He's quite awkward with his emotions, not easily affected by other ppl's feelings (he doesn't really sympasise with Wang Yi's struggles at all even though... HE'S LIKE THE LOVE OF HIS LIFE), and doesn't understand people well (bro was confused abt Wang Yi's intentions for like 30 chapters even tho he could read his mind ). He doesn't seem to care about what other people want or consider normal and is quite selfish therefore NO FE. You can rly see his fi>fe in comparison to Wang Yi who CONSTANTLYYY (I am so done with him) sacrifices fimself for the sake of Qin Xian, his friends, random ppl and never stops with his "Am i being a good person?" bs. Qin just does and says whatever the hell he wants unapologetically even if it's not what's good for others. Examples: He wants to sleep in city lord's bed and kiss him? He does it without even worrying about whether the feelings are reciprocated. He wants Wang Yi to stay? He ruins his plans even though HE KNOWS that they mean the world to him. Ok well I explained why most of y'all are terribly wrong, so now I'll tell y'all why I think he's a Te user. I noticed this back in the first novel when he started reading romance books to develop a strategy to seduce/annoy Wang Yi and followed whatever the male leads did like it's some typa guidebook lmao (this screams Te>Ti. A Ti user would be executing their own ideas or at least would add SOMETHING... SOME PERSONAL TOUCH? Do y'all get it?...). In the second novel, his only personality trait was collecting data. I think we all remember him trying to figure out whether Wang Yi was a bad guy and running all sorts of tests for like 20 chapters to tick all of the boxes. He didn't follow his heart even once lmao if he did he probably wouldn't have poisoned Wang Yi after everything he did for his child ver. Why Ni-Se? It's cuz he seems pretty delusional and overall disconnected from reality & focused too much on planning. He's always so caught up in his own plans to make Wang Yi his "wife" at times that he doesn't even see or care that he isn't willing to stay (that's why he got tricked in the end of the 1st novel) + my man literally forgot about the base and the zombie apocalypse when they moved in together lmao. He forgets/doesn't give a damn about his physical well being thorough the series too: he broke his leg just to lure Wang Yi into his "trap" or whatever, then got very sick trying to arrange smth at the base just so he & Wang Yi move in together and collapsed lmao. Se inferior is pretty evident imo.
