Irving (innie) is such a typical ISTJ character. How he remembers small rules in Lumon handbook, and knows all the Lumon Principles (there are moments he can even remember small details that appear in the specific page of the handbook) shows a strong Si-dom of him. The way he tries to stop other people in the office when they want to do something rebellious or if their actions are not following the rules and warns them the consequence of doing so is the result of Si-Te use. He is afraid of expressing his affection to Burt at the beginning and afraid of the consequence shows the primary ISTJ who is familiar with their Si-Te behaviour but their Fi is not so mature. And once he is eager to see Burt again and then witnesses the resign of Burt, his Fi finally emerged. (BTW he literally reminds me of my ISTJ co-worker who like to remind us the rules of the company and cares about all the details of the work - even the way they speak hehe)
