In the Lumon industry he is the one without his past, without his achievements, which depresses him. To compensate this feeling, he became obsessed with and even internalized Lumon’s history and dogmatism. I think it shows his Si-Fi axis. To me, Irving is most likely to be an ISTJ as innie. However, in the break room, we know he might be an confident, achievement-oriented person outside. I guess outie Irving might be ESTJ 3w2. Looking forward to knowing more about this character.
