She’s definitely ENFP. Is she charming? yes! But its not in a way to make her an ESFJ - ENFPs have excellent Fe too. Think of her guttural monster voice and inability to pick up on the minutiae of the social politics at the university -she’s always inappropriate by accident. Shes not reforming the girls to match social norms and group ethics (she herself doesn’t do that except at the place she personally values - the mansion). She is trying to help them achieve the goal (Te) of keeping the Zeta house. And no, not ESFP either. She’s very much in her dream world, Cinderella story as she explains in the narration- she lacks groundedness throughout the movie. If anything, Phi Iota Mu is actually the ESFJ house of the movie (socially appropriate and grounded) and they are literally character foils for her!
