Not only do I completely agree with ISTJ 6w5 (crazily enough, my father is one), and the reputation that ISTJ 6's (especially those with a 5 wing) are going to have for being business-oriented and professional, what is so crazy to think about with this is that the pixies in The Fairly OddParents are portrayed in an opposite way to pixies in folklore. For example, here on PDB, if you check the type that pixies from Celtic mythology have, they're typed as ENFP-that's literally the exact opposite type of ISTJ. (Though worth noting that these two types actually have the same cognitive functions, just the orders are opposite of one another) Not only that, they're typed as being Enneagram 7's with a 6 wing, and 7w6 is known to be a combination that is very fun-loving, colorful, and kind of childish. While it's a crazy thought, it makes complete sense why pixies in the FOP setting are completely opposite of their folklore presentation-which was almost certainly intentional on Butch Hartman's part, and certainly also served to create a foil to the fairies that children like Timmy Turner with miserable lives have.
