I think his Te is stronger than his Fe, besides, there is one thing the difference between how a Fe user and a Te user talk. Fe users almost always try to adapt to a person they are capable of switching the subject but they try to establish a connection (I'm an INFJ and I Do this), while Te users prefer talking about logical theories, or abstract concepts, rather than trying to adapt or match the other's energy (It seems a stereotype but I had many ENTJ's friend and the fkrs literally only talk about scientifical theories). If I had to pick between one of the two for Lane I would choose the second one. But if you could argue it right I can totally see him also as an INFJ in the loop. Regardless of his personality type. Lane is with Davian the best villain of this franchise.

Solomon Lane (b.1967), aka "The Man in Glasses", is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Gabriel) of the Mission: Impossible franchise, serving as the main antagonist of the 2015 film, Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation and one of the two main antagonists (Alongside August Walker) of the 2018 sequel, Mission: Impossible - Fallout. A former British intelligence operative of MI6 who went rogue after his chief Atlee created a mysterious criminal organization called The Syndicate. Now an infamous anarchist leading the Syndicate, Lane attempted to create a new anarchist world order based on an unstoppable sequence of accidents and terrorist attacks, coming into conflict with Ethan Hunt and his IMF team his arrest. 2 years later, he collaborated with Walker to blow up several powerful explosives in order to starve a third of the world's population and frame Ethan for the attack, although he failed and was sent to MI6 to answer for his crimes.
