Personal concepts 1. What is beauty? What is love? Beauty for Malvina is something that brings her joy. Positive emotions are a true manifestation of beauty. It can be caused from an innovative experience, music or just a physical thing that is pleasent to look at. It only has to bring positivity, on the other hand the best way is to avoid it. What is love? She wouldn't really be able to give a proper answer. Malvina never really experienced this feeling, neither platonic or romantic. Most of her past relationships were pretty shallow on the inside and she as a person wasn't able to get attached to someone for a long time. And it hurt many people, thought it never really changed her oblivious behavior towards them. 2. What are your most important values? Malvina so far isn't the most morally centered person. If those can be called values, the ones she is focused the most on are enjoyment, excitment, positivity and knowledge. Never fully satisfied, she is able to do many things just to experience those feelings. But they only last for a short amount of time, making her feel this striving emptiness again. She must try harder over and over again so she might finally find the thing that could bring her life a meaning. It's the most logical thing for her to do. If she knows more, the closer she might be towards her goal. On the other hand.. the more she learns, the more awful things she knows about the world. And that's what she tries to avoid, right? 3. Do you have any sort of spiritual/religious beliefs, and why do you hold (or don't) those beliefs in the first place? Malvina doesn't have any sort of spiritual beliefs but she has high tendency for it, only if it could fullfill her desires I mentioned in the question above. 4. Opinion on war and militaries? What is power to you? Malvina hates such cruelty which brings war, it centers everything she tries to cut her life from. She is no naive and she knows why it exists thought. Despite her seemingly self-centered attitude, she is the most prone to empathy towards war victims. When it comes to power, she likes to have power over herself and her life. Interests 5. What have you had long conversations about? What are your interests? Why? She was centered around science, from her very first days. She's clearly passionate around it, it's one of the things she always finds some sort of joy in. There's always something new to discover and create. Malvina after many years became one of the more respected scientist in the world. 6. Interested in health/medicine as a conversation topic? Are you focused on your body? It's a boring topic for her. She knows how to take for herself, no need to talk more about it. Why being so concerned around your health, when you could experience something exciting instead? 7. What has made you cry? What has made you smile? Why? Malvina is very much focused on things that make her feel good. I believe I've already explained it. Things that make her smile are often new experiences. On the other hand, something which also makes her happy can for sure be a recognition for her new scientific discoveries. There are many things, but when time passes lots of them seem to have less worth.. It doesn't bring the same fresh feeling of joy anymore. It's no longer there. She refuses to talk about her negative feelings and everything which revolves around her past. When pressed she can start behaving out of her mind, becoming horribly emotional and violent. She blocks most of those memories or tries to remake them, pressing herself to believe into those fake scenarios. No one from the very past years seen her cry at least once, the only thing she was surrounded by was positivity. 9. Where do you feel: at one with the environment/a sense of belonging? Malvina always had a weirdly strong connection towards the sea. She wouldn't be able to explain why, it's a completely surreal feeling. Nostalgia? Or a missing part of her life? Lost memories? There are times she wonders, that if she lived in a past she would most likely become a sailor.
