Here's a slightly messy argument for enneagram 8 because I'm busy TRAIT STRUCTURE ⤷ 𝐑𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬: Max is surprised when/if she chooses to be compliant in jail. "What have you done with my real girlfriend?" suggests that she's typically outspoken against authority, especially if she feels she's being disrespected. ⤷ 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐲: Laura is very independent, likely to a fault. It's even highlighted in her traits. She gets things done and doesn't seek help until everything gets REAL desperate and at that point things were completely off the rails so... ⤷ 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐲-𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: action over intellect most certainly. In addition, when Max makes the- crazy but honestly logical- connection that he's a werewolf, she's not open to it until she literally sees him turn (not deeming anything real until tangible to senses). When he presses her about it before he turns, she deflects ("one problem at a time!"). ⤷ 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲: I'll let the description speak for itself for this one. "Tough, confrontational, ruthless, callousness, unsentimental, realistic, direct, brusque, disdain for fear/sensitivity, exaggerated risk-taking." ⤷ 𝐋𝐮𝐬𝐭: Laura is highly impatient EVEN if you choose to be compliant with Max in the prologue. She impulsively goes to search for the woman she think they hit rather than stay in the safety of the car. She just goes after things. ⤷ 𝐏𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬: Laura takes justice into her own hands. Retaliates fast when hurt. Rest in Pieces, Hackett family. ⤷ 𝐄𝐱𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Well, she's certainly entertaining to watch. Banter with Max and Ryan and all. I don't have a lot of evidence for this one. ⤷ 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐲𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐦: "assertively bargain" fits Laura well. She calls it as it is, she's bit, she needs to help Max (unless she hides the bite but that choice seems out of character). This trait also comes into play when she deceives and drugs Travis.

Laura's excited to spend a quiet summer in the woods as a camp counselor alongside her boyfriend Max. It's the perfect way to apply her resourceful, curious nature before she returns to her veterinarian studies in the fall. For Laura, everything's falling into place.
