This guy is probably the furthest from a Ti dom as you can get, I have no idea why anyone would say he is INTP. He consistently makes awful decisions and has some of the lowest Se I’ve ever seen in a movie character. I’m going with INFJ because of the Se inferior and the fact that he seems to use Fe. DEFINITELY not a thinker, it's actually frustrating to watch him in this environment.
