As an ENFP, I'm only 18 and I don't remember anything about my life as a child, even a young teen, I forget everything, I'm also bad at remembering names, and details of people's life, I remember people ideas and point of view but not the reality of their life! I also have a bad memory when it comes to practical things like cooking, I need to remake many times the same meal to remember how to do it! But I'm very good at remembering dates(very useful for history lectures), and I also have a great memory for intellectual knowledge,(just have to read something to remember it, but only if it interested me, hopefully I'm curious, so it's rare that I'm not interested in something)very useful for the exams, it's a big gain of time!
