I think that everyone can tell that Riku in the first game is actually an unhealthy ISFP, no need to explain why. But i think that from kh2 and going on, his character development resemble more an INTJ type, he probably growing up and becoming a teen (and an adult boy) he just sets his functions in a different way, he preioritizes Ni, focusing on his future in a more chill way, and taking apart personal feelings (Fi), Te is obviously present, and he starts to use it in a healthy way, by being helpful to others in a logical way.
