Suji Seong tipo de personalidade mbti
Personalidade
"Que tipo de personalidade é Suji Seong? Suji Seong é um tipo de personalidade ENTJ em mbti, 3w2 - sp/so - 358 em enneagram, SCOEI em Big 5, LIE em sociônicos."
(Written with the help of a friend who chose to stay anonymous) Suji is a Social 8, not an e3. Regardless of subtype, an e3's motivation will always be the passion of Vanity: creating an image of sucess for the sake of admiration. sp3 tries to hide this motivation, but it doesn't mean they don't have it. It's inherent to the type. What drives Suji's actions? At first, she wants to end the pyramid game because it's existence makes her life worse when she's at rank F. However, she climbs to rank C due to Harin's plan and Harin offers her to ditch Jaeun in exchange of a high position in the class. She refuses. Someone concerned with image first and foremost would have had some form of reluctance to refusing this at the very least. Going against a social system is literally an anti-3 behaviour because 3s want to become what SOCIETY (in this case the class) values. Accepting Harin's offer would have helped her gain admiration from others (their classmates worshipped the girls in higher ranks like Harin or Yerim). Suji couldn't go along with the system because her conscience was like a "pointy triangle that stinged whenever she saw Jaeun being bullied." According to Beatrice Chestnut, "Perceiving differences in power makes Eights highly attuned to situations in which people are being unjustly persecuted or those they care about are in need of protection. (This is especially true of Social Eights, which will be discussed further below.) Eights have a focus on protecting, in part, as a projection of their own denied vulnerability onto someone they feel protective and supportive toward. In this way, they can feel moved to action in response to their own unconscious needs for care without experiencing the pain of feeling vulnerable." Suji percieved Jaeun as someone that was being treated unfairly and that she wanted to protect because of her denial of her own vulnerability, which can be seen in Suji's focus as soon as she gets bullied. "I need to show them I'm not a pushover, that I'm strong." She noticed this power imbalance from the very beggining, even when the other students tried tricking her into thinking Jaeun was "dangerous" and the problem, because as a result of this motivation, "most Eights are adept at coming into a new situation and assessing very quickly who has the power and who doesn’t." (Chestnut). When she met Jaeun in the bathroom and started advising her, she wasn't sure of why she was doing it herself. This is very important: she was doing it because she was projecting any feelings of vulnerability she had into Jaeun, in the way that's explained above. Throughout the story, she continues doing this, Jaeun is constantly referenced as her source of motivation for ending the game. She constantly exhibits multiple 8 traits. After her refusal of Harin, she says "I don't like other people having control over me. It'd be foolish to entrust my life in someone else's hands." She's extremely independent, she refuses to follow anyone else or their rules. Other types would have hesitated more in fighting the game, but rebelling against the world comes naturally to Eights due to their passion of Lust. She also shows anger and is willing to confront others when she or others are bullied. While what drives 8s is the passion of Lust, the definition of this passion can take many forms. It's esentially pushing against anything (rules, morals, etc) to satisfy one's desires. In the case of the Social Eight, "they express lust and aggression in the service of life and other people." Furthermore, "Social Eights are very sensitive to detecting situations in which people are being persecuted or exploited by others that hold more power. When they detect this kind of thing, they tend to act to protect those who are less powerful." (Chestnut). This ties into everything said previously about Suji's motivations. Social 8s also "contrast to Self-Preservation Eights, since Social Eights are more loyal, more overtly friendly, and less aggressive." This explains why Suji's able to fit in with others and has a friendly disposition at first. Furthermore, "the Social Eight subtype is the most intellectual of the three, but these Eights also rebel against the dominant (patriarchal) culture. This rebellion necessarily involves a mixture of authority and intellect because the dominant authority in patriarchal societies tends to promote the intellectual control of impulses and excess." This explains why she doesn't show agression impulsively like other Eights would do, such as Dayeon, a sexual 8. (Anything cited is from The Complete Enneagram by Beatrice Chestnut)
