Just finished season 1, so if my view change with 2nd I'll update it (However I doubt it, so ESFP voters don't get your hopes up). The first thing I want to address: VEFL is the literal opposite of his true type (FLVE). This sort of thing usually gets me irritated, but in this case the fck up is just so big I can't be angry - just geniunely confused. Before I explain it, props to that lonely FLVE voter for seeing the truth when no one did it before. <FLVE BREAKDOWN> 1F: Greedy and lazy, loves the material pleasure over anything else. I can't visualize him as anything but 1F, most of the time he moves only to have more money and comfort. His search for fame is not for power (Like a 1V), but rather to have a life full of pleasure and indulge himself. Physics 3 is the opposite of that: They have a dual nature and want nice physical stuff (Money, comfort, pleasure) but at the same time despise it, typing him as 3F is a terrible take, not gonna lie. This is also likely the reason he's typed as Se-dom, which often are 1F - however intuitive + thinking people can also be high physics, and between them is the posibility of ENTP + FLVE (Saul Goodman is an undeniable example of it). 2L: I'll claim that the best side of Yato is his wisdom, while his ideas are often expressed in crude ways. He is able to convince someone to not kill themselves, to not murder someone that ruined their life, and to give good advice based on logical statements. He also shows to be curious of others, like when he was snooping Yukine's school notes. I also believe this is linked with his Ti-aux: > "determines if something is valid or invalid/true or false based on whether it is consistent with previous information you have gathered/determined to be valid. It is based on your own personal conclusions/principles/axioms you have previously determined to be true" His ideas of what's correct or not are based on logical statements (Ex. "Someone who commits suicide is not made for love" or "If you kill him, you'll no longer be human anymore", like c'mon Ti is also subjective people). 3V: This is the part in which FLEV voters failed (But hey, FLEV is a way more sensible approach, you tried). He is a 3V, wants recognition and fame all over him, he is not indifferent to power dynamics and glory like a 4V. However, as I stated in the 1F part, he doesn't wants this to get power over people but to please his own hedonistic desires - this very reason also discards 1V. As a side note, I know 3Vs have a terrible reputation in the community and specifically FxVx are painted in a terrible light by Afanasyev; I want to say this is a great example of good-hearted FLVE, a type often associated with violent psychopaths or tyranical hedonists. 4E: Yato gives emotion the least amount of value in the PY hierarchy, which makes him appear insensitive and callous to others. This is shown with how he at first uses Yukine almost as a mere tool, failing to see that Divine Vessels have also feelings (Not out of evilness, but because he plainly didn't noticed). > "Fourth Emotion does not care about the feelings of other people, but does not hurt them consciously. She can hurt them only with her indifference." I'll return someday to explain my Sp7 vote, but he seems more like the opportunistic and narcissitic Glutton rather than the Vain and competitive So3. EDIT: Finished the 2nd season some months ago lol, I maintain my FLVE vote.

Yato (夜ト, Yatō) is one of the three main protagonists of ノラガミ Noragami. An obscure god who considers himself a God of Fortune / Happiness and War, he has been labelled a God of Calamity and Depression in the past. Yato's dream is to become a famous god, whom everyone worships.
