This season is a good exercise in identifying the basic differences between ENTJ (Himuro) and ESTJ (Ton), it's like that plotline was made for this. They're both all about control and authority, but Himuro is interested in innovation, exploring new ways to do the same things more efficiently, establishing a more modern perspective for the company. Ton is stuck in his ways, refuses to let his employees adopt new technological tools and reminisces about the past 30 years. Ton's reluctance in laying off employees also relates to Si in a way ("Remember when everyone was losing their jobs?" / "We never had to let people go because of the way our previous president did things" etc.)
