Kaho is clearly an SX7. Her reason for cosplaying as an "Extrovert" is a defense mechanism to cover up her self-consciousness. The only difference in Kaho is the way she communicates. I see her core personality as still being consistent, both versions are still Kaho. (I can rule out SX3). A SX7 can be socially reserved or shy because their internal ideal world is far more engaging than real-world social interaction, which often feels mundane, restrictive, or terrifying. Shyness in a SX7 often stems from a fear of being exposed as flawed or inadequate compared to their internal ideal, or simply because their social anxiety prevents them from bridging the gap between their fantasy self and reality. When a SX7 lacks immediate real-world skills or self-confidence (just like Kaho), their passion turns toward finding a transformational medium that bridges their fantasy with reality. In my opinion, Kaho is trying to reframing her reality. The contact lenses create a psychological boundary. Underneath, she remains the same reserved individual, but the "costume" (in this case her contact lenses) allows her to temporarily enter the idealized mental construct of her character.
