in the regular story, he almost gives me more of an ENFJ impression, but after playing Igglybuff the Prodigy, I'm pretty sure he's an ENFP. the manner in which he solves the map puzzle and handles traps in the dungeons he and Armaldo go to is very characteristic of Ne. to explain a little further, Wigglytuff's process of solving the map was to (1) observe that it had a double layer; (2) be unable to remove the surface layer through normal means; and (3) come to the unorthodox conclusion of putting the map in the fire and burning the top layer off. this seems indicative of the unexpected connection-making of Ne to me. also, I feel like a perfect expression of Wiggly's Fi is his comment at the end of the special episode about "truly bad Pokemon" not really existing anywhere. this is clearly based upon his personal experience with Armaldo, which inspired him to hold the personal belief that all Pokemon can be good
