Nahh he aint 5w4 just cuz he's a nerd. He lacks the social withdrawnness/rejection, and emotional stoicness. He doesn't depend on his intellectualness, only finds it fun. To me he seems like a 7, people underestimate how driven 7s are to consume knowledge, and his enthusiasm and jokeyness about movies and intense situations seem 7ish to me. In Scream 2 when he was hypothesising with Dewey who the killer could be and having fun just exploring the options of who the killer could be rather than trying to investigate precisely who it is was way more 7 behaviour than 5.
