Ne: he has a lot of strange ideas like sneaking out at night and taking LiHuan to a gay bar, and again encouraging him picking up a fight with those guys. He can see the meaning behind people's actions and he speaks quickly. The Ne is what can make Ne users seem like they have their head in clouds, constantly having ideas, thoughts and theories that might not seem like they're totally in sync with reality (I picked that from a site which explains cognitive functions for each type) Fi: he makes decisions based on emotions rather than objective facts, and on his own personal value system. The Fi specially shows up when people are acting selfishly and emotionally. The whole fact that he doesn't accept LiHuan's feelings is based on how he feels about that, because he's too scared of what will comes and he acts in a selfish way refusing him and pushing him away. And he has a lot of empathy because he knows what it's like to be hurt. Te: Te is a very logic-oriented way of problem solving, that can be in contrast with what I said about Fi, but NeFi tends to be balanced between the quick, decisive efficient way of making decisions Te users have, making process of their Fi. They preferer to take their time to make decisions like YuYang does, as long as it doesn't go against their values they can use their Te to make decisions when necessary, not all the time. That's because we see just a bit of his Te.
