Ang Lee MBTI性格类型

性格

"Ang Lee是什么人格? Ang Lee是MBTI中的INFJ人格类型,九型中的9w1 - - ,五大类型中的,Socionics中EII类型。"

His film Life of Pi is full of Ni. The beautiful and amazing visuals all serve a purpose, it's unlike the Ne way of imagination which is boundless with strong personal taste. The elements in this film are all metaphoric about humanity, barbarity, and religion, which is a common INFJ trait. Ang Lee's other films about "fathers", about how families get along under patriarchy also reflect his Fe. This Fe is especially compelling in his earlier Chinese films (Eat Drink Man Woman, The Wedding Banquet, etc.), where the protagonists wouldn't "sacrifice" their individuality just for the fake harmony if Ang Lee was an INFP (come on, this is unacceptable for Fi dom people). If you take a closer look at these films, they all convey some "soft compromise" vibe (under conflicts between generations and cultures) that's inherent in Fe. I never get why people are convinced that Ang Lee is an INFP. You could of course see Fi Ne literally in every film since the process of creation is to express yourself (Fi) and use your imagination (Ne). But that does not mean every film director is Fi Ne dom, you gotta look at the purpose of the imagination and the way the director expresses themselves. As stated above, his films are definitely not Fi Ne dom from my point of view. I've also watched so many interviews of Ang Lee, none of which really show any Fi Ne. He observed and reacted to the interviewer immediately, and answered questions precisely but with reservations, never elaborating on anything or focusing on his own intentions and feelings. This does not necessarily mean he couldn't be an INFP, but at least there is no evidence that he is an INFP.
