I don't see much Se in her. Her decadent lifestyle is likely coming from inferior Si. She's incapable of letting go the past, and shows signs of extreme levels of disorganisation before any sign of overindulgence of sensory pleasures. Like yeah, she drinks a lot, but that's only one side of the story. The state of her appartment, her incapacity to keep things steady shows her incapacity to hold on to Si-related matters and explains her unstability. She shows very little care for procedures and has no qualms breaking them, and she embraces risk and grand, unrealistic ideas way too much when making plans. As for her resourcefulness, Ne seems more likely than Se-Ni as well. She relies way too much on hunches, and plans she imagines on the spot. Most of what she does appears like something that's insane, unrealistic or impractical, because Si-Ne makes her work with subjective impressions that she links to create plans and ideas. In spite of how weird or impossible her plans might sounds she trusts her intuition and manages to make it work. To her, even the most impractical and absurd of ideas can be brought to fruition, which suggests that she's a lot more into the world of ideas than the physical world. Something that corroborates that as well is that she's often found complaining about how she should've anticipated things, which contradicts Se. I see why people see Se in her, and I had a doubt myself since she's really, really proactive, works with visible cues and she's always trying to make things move but that's from Si again. She has a subjective impression of said cues, and regarding her proactivity she said it herself : "I've got to give it my best shot, or else I'll regret it for the rest of my life". She's doing this out of fear of regret, out of fear of contrasting previous experiences. That's Si. She's not seeking enjoyment outside of her overuse of alcohol; she's rarely seen working with tangible, objective impressions of elements, and she ignores concrete evidence very often, which is in contradiction to Se.
背景
Misato Katsuragi (葛城 ミサト, "Katsuragi Misato") is one of the main characters from the Neon Genesis Evangelion franchise. She is the operations director at NERV, initially with the rank of captain; she is later promoted to major. In Rebuild of Evangelion, Misato's initial rank is lieutenant colonel. Her duties at NERV include acting as a field commander for the Eva pilots, issuing orders and relaying battle strategies as well as processing input from Ritsuko Akagi and the technicians monitoring the Evas. She also handles many bureaucratic aspects of NERV's operations. #KotonoMitsuishi
