Was on the fence between INTP and ENTP. I can sense a lot of Ne in him in that he seems to have some weird obsession with thinking up pokemon quiz questions and testing people on them, and he's definitely thinking over feeling. Don't see much Te in him either, so he's almost definitely a xNTP. You can probably go either way, but he has such energy and confidence in his dialogue that it's hard to see him as an introvert. So ENTP definitely seems most likely

Blaine (Japanese: カツラ Katsura) is the Gym Leader of Cinnabar Island's (later the Seafoam Islands') Gym, known officially as the Cinnabar Gym. He hands out the Volcano Badge to Trainers who defeat him. He is a highly intelligent man who specializes in Fire-type Pokémon.
