I think his Fi is to strong to be inferior. One of his most remarkable characteristics seems to be his strong sense of justice and emotional passion. He seems to have strong internal morals not influenced by those around him and isn‘t willing to compromise them. This seems like strong tertiary Fi, rather than inferior Fi, since then he would likely struggle with it. I also don‘t see much Se in him. He seems very future focused and ambitious (Ni/Te), but rarely embraces the moment.
