Probably the most creepy videogame villain, the game is basically about him, and all the time that he is in the screen is extremely unsettling. Also, this guy has the characteristic Ni stare, all the time he is present in a cutscene, his eyes are looking directly to the screen with a soul-piercing gaze. It is creepy as hell because it disrespects the intern logic of screenplay, but it probably was purposeful, what made him look much more demented and terrifying, looks like he's talking directly to the player.
背景
A nightmarish murderer whose story is told through collectibles and backdrops of the game. What we know is that he brutally murdered two kids, Billy and Miriam Locane, before being incarcerated and supposedly committing suicide. For much more pertaining to this character, play Silent Hill 4.
