Although Mr.White relies heavily on his introverted intuition (Ni) & extroverted feeling (Fe) when he would delve deep into his views on race relations and when he would bring people together based on his albeit racist vision, his willingness to go out of his way to start a grassroots movement by emotionally appealing to the white students' deep seated feelings on race suggests that his (Fe) is more dominant than his (Ni). This makes it likely that he is more extroverted than introverted, making him an ENFJ instead of an INFJ. INFJs, like Karen, tend to steer away from the possible conflicts that would be caused by utilizing her (Fe) via riling up her fellow classmates through giving her insights brought about through her (Ni). She would often times keep her inner insights to herself, unless it's in the presence of someone she formed a genuine bond with, like her childhood friend Jecka.
