As a 7 year swimmer（not competitive just amateur）, I think swimming is an introverted sports anyway. It's not playing water with friends, but swimming in the pool alone. You don’t have to communicate with anyone like ball sports players do.You swim to the edge of the pool and you turn around and swim again and again. This is swimming. And a fun thing is that I also like thinking many things while swimming, forgetting everything else and being in the imagination ……so I will say it is also a good sport for N people.
