I assume ENTP votes are coming from people who only watched the anime. While El has the persona of an extremely confident and blunt wrestler (which just implies EXXP personality rather than specifically ENTP), she's actually just hiding her sensitive side. Without her mask, she's somewhat introverted and timid. She even blames herself for "lying" about her being the best, even though everyone was ok with her catchphrase. Given her hidden side, lack of Ti, and very idealistic way of living life, I'd say she's ENFP.
