Paula is the project manager Project Metaverse, the fictional group responsible for creating Doki Doki Literature Club, as well as the "Virtual Machine" that is known as Project Libitina in the fandom. She is characterized by a strict, almost heartless drive to determine the truth of her world, with no desire of the safety of her creations.
