Biography
Leon Scott Kennedy (レオン・スコット・ケネディ Reon Sukotto Kenedi) was originally a rookie cop who was caught up in the Raccoon City incident during his first day on the job. Shortly after, he was approached by the United States government for his survival skills. He became a government agent, honing his skills and attitude.
