When Chihaya is first introduced, it becomes clear why she couldn't be a Three. She's so uncaring and unaffected by what's socially expected that she's called "Beauty in Vain". Why would someone with that nickname, especially for that reason, be an E3? The Enneatype 3 wants to incorporate what's seen as good in society in himself. I lean more towards the E8 than E7 for her considering the fact that E7 is a mind type (and we all know that the head part is weird for Chihaya — I considered her an E7 at first but after rethinking it... yeah...). Also, a 2-fix fits her better than a 3-fix.
Biography
The protagonist of the series. After discovering her potential and love for karuta by the new transfer student Arata, she becomes dedicated to the sport and starts a karuta club with her Childhood Friend Taichi in their first year of high school. Starts off as a B-Class karuta player before moving to A-Class at the beginning of the series, she aspires to one day become the Queen of Karuta. Profoundly beautiful, but tomboyish to a fault, Chihaya becomes the captain of the school's karuta team.
