Her brashness and hot headed attitude can sort of equate to Te dominant. I know that it is stereotyping Te dominant and auxiliary users, but I don't believe that she is Te only because of her brashness. Rei also has inferior Fi. She doesn't usually show her inner emotions, in a way that an Fe user would. She isn't all about group harmony, and fears being the weak member of her team. She is very direct in her speech, and is never afraid to tell someone off, even Usagi. Her Ni and Se are obvious. Her job requires her Ni skills, and she uses her intuition to sense the evil auras. Her perfectionist attitude comes from both her Te and Ni used together. She can also be quite impulsive in her endeavours, which equates to the impulsive competitiveness loop, or the Te-Se loop. Her no nonsense attitude with Usagi everytime she cries also shows her Te. If she were Fe (these people are also no nonsense type of people as well), then she would try to inform her in a calm and soothing way.
