What personality type is Jonathan Joestar? Jonathan Joestar is an ENFJ personality type in MBTI, 1w2 - so/sp - 126 in Enneagram, SCOAI in Big 5, ESI in Socionics.
I thought he was an ESFJ too at first glance, but dominant Fe aside (which the majority agrees with) I think he actually has a decent Ni compared to Si. For instance, in the second episode he is aware of the fact that Dio is just pretending to be his friend, or at the very least has a hunch that might be the case, but he doesn't act upon it because he has no way to prove it. And Jonathan is aware that without proof there's nothing he can do about it. However, when he found that old letter sent from Dio's Daddy explaining the symptoms of his illness he immediately tied it to his father illness and his hunch about Dio's real intentions. That was a pretty good Ni moment. As for concerning his naivety, he's too nice for his own good. That's mostly the dominant Fe talking rather than Ni or Si. Even a Si aux person would know not to trust someone like Dio at that point, but Jonathan purposefully decides to give people the benefit of the doubt.
Biography
Jonathan Joestar (ジョナサン・ジョースター Jonasan Jōsutā) is the protagonist of part 1 and the first JoJo of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series. The son of George Joestar I, Jonathan is an honest, kind and positive man whose life is fraught with tragedy after meeting his adopted older brother, Dio Brando. In his battle against Dio, Jonathan becomes a Ripple user under the tutelage of the master Will Anthonio Zeppeli.
